In addition to the disbursement requirements referenced above, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the following items are required as a condition to any disbursement of the Tenant Improvement Allowance: • Copy of contract with Tenant’s General Contractor • Copy of General Contractor’s certificate of insurance, including Additional Insured endorsement naming Landlord and Landlord’s property manager as Additional Insureds • General Contractor’s Schedule of Values, showing total contract value
