General Expenses. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay or reimburse Employee for all reasonable travel and other expenses incurred or paid by him in connection with the performance of duties under this Agreement, in accordance with the Company's reimbursement policies and upon submission of satisfactory evidence thereof.
