GENERAL HOTEL OPERATION. 4.1 Opening the Hotel. The Opening Date (or any re-opening if the Hotel is closed in connection with any Construction) may not occur until, in the exercise of Manager’s reasonable discretion: (i) the Hotel staff is ready to receive guests and render service in compliance with the System and this Agreement; and (ii) all necessary Governmental Permits have been obtained. In the event the Hotel is closed in connection with any Construction, the Hotel must not re-open without Manager’s and Owner’s joint approval.
