General Legal Provisions. 25.1 The Company shall be entitled to assign this Agreement to an affiliate/subsidiary or on giving written notice to the Service Provider. Save as aforesaid, the Service Provider shall not be entitled to assign this Agreement or any part or any benefit or interest in or under it without the prior written approval of the Company which the Company may at its sole discretion accept or refuse.
