General Management of Employees. Subject to Section 10.6, and notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10.3, Contractor shall preserve its rights to exercise and shall exercise its management rights in performing the Work. Such management rights shall include the rights to hire, discharge, promote, and transfer employees; to select and remove foremen or other persons at other levels of supervision; to establish and enforce reasonable standards of production; to introduce, to the extent feasible, labor saving Equipment and Materials; to determine the number of craftsmen necessary to perform a task, job, or project; and to establish, maintain, and enforce rules and regulations conducive to efficient and productive operations.
