General Notification of Potential Reduction. When the administration and the Board become aware of circumstances that may result in the reduction of one (1) or more professional staff, the Association will be notified and consulted regarding these circumstances and the program areas which may be impacted. The administration and the Association will work collaboratively to inform Teachers of the potential of a reduction, the program areas that may be impacted, and the estimated number of positions to be reduced.
