GENERAL OBLIGATIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF CONTRACTOR. 1.1General Obligation Except for quality control testing required to be provided by Owner pursuant to Section 4.1.1.3, the Contractor shall supply and perform all labor, materials, equipment, procurement, construction, construction management, scheduling and related work and services, including all things inferable from the Contract Documents as being necessary to fully complete the tasks and structures described in and in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Price and Contract Time. .1What is required by or reasonably inferable from any one document (including either a Drawing or Specification) as being necessary to produce the intended results shall be binding and required as a part of the Work as if required by all documents. Where dimensions are not included or the exact location of the Work is not apparent, Contractor shall immediately notify Owner in writing and obtain written instructions from Owner before proceeding with any part of the Work affected thereby. .2If the Contractor observes any failure of the Contract Documents to conform with Applicable Laws, Contractor shall immediately notify Owner in writing and identify any such discrepancies and obtain written instructions from Owner before proceeding with any part of the Work affected thereby. If the Contractor performs Work that it knows or reasonably should have known to be contrary to Applicable Laws, except in accordance with such written instructions obtained from Owner, the Contractor shall assume full responsibility for such Work and shall bear all costs of correction attributable thereto.
