Common use of General Payment Terms Clause in Contracts

General Payment Terms. The Base Rent, Additional Rent and all other sums payable by Tenant to Landlord hereunder, including, without limitation, any late charges assessed pursuant to Paragraph 6 below and any interest assessed pursuant to Paragraph 45 below, are referred to as the “Rent”. All Rent shall be paid without deduction, offset or abatement in lawful money of the United States of America.
