Common use of GENERAL POWER CONTRACT PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL POWER CONTRACT PROVISIONS. The General Power Contract Provisions effective September 1, 2007, attached hereto as Exhibit E, are hereby made a part of this Contract with the same force and effect as if expressly set forth herein; Provided, that Provisions 4, 11, 13, 14.2, 15 through 30, shall not apply to this Contract. Future revisions to the General Power Contract Provisions shall not be applicable to this Contract except as may be provided for in a new exhibit executed by the Authorized Representatives.

Future revisions to the General Power Contract Provisions shall not be applicable to this Contract except as may be provided for in a new exhibit executed by the Authorized Representatives.
