Subscribers acknowledge and agree that acceptance of such promotional offers constitutes their consent to this automatic extension of the MSA term. All other terms and conditions of the MSA shall remain in full force and effect, and the extended term shall be subject to the same rights, obligations, and limitations as the original term.
