General Provision Regarding Treatment of Options. Except as otherwise specified in Sections 3.2.2 and 3.2.4 of this Agreement, the terms of the Stock Incentive Plan and Stock Option Agreements, as applicable, shall govern the treatment of the Options following the Separation Date.
