General provisions concerning goods. a) Packaging The goods shall be packaged in strong boxes or crates or in any other way that ensures that the contents remain intact and prevents damage or deterioration. Packaging, pallets, etc., including contents, shall not weigh more than 500 kg. Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions or in Annex 1, pallets shall be considered as one-way packaging and shall not be returned. Each box shall be clearly labelled with the following information: − European Environment Agency and address for delivery; − name of Contractor; − description of contents; − date of delivery; − number and date of Order Form;
