General Provisions for all Insurance Coverage. ‌ 8.24.1 Without limiting Subrecipient's indemnification of County, and in the performance of this Subaward and until all of its obligations pursuant to this Subaward have been met, Subrecipient shall provide and maintain at its own expense insurance coverage satisfying the requirements specified in this Subparagraph 8.24 and Subparagraph 8.25 (Insurance Coverage) of this Subaward. These minimum insurance coverage terms, types and limits ("Required Insurance") also are in addition to and separate from any other contractual obligation imposed upon Subrecipient pursuant to this Subaward. County in no way warrants that the Required Insurance is sufficient to protect Subrecipient for liabilities which may arise from or relate to this Subaward.
