Claims Made Coverage. If any part of the Required Insurance is written on a claims made basis, any policy retroactive date shall precede the effective date of this Contract. Contractor understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following Contract expiration, termination or cancellation.
Claims Made Coverage. Any “claims made” policy must remain in force, or the Contractor must obtain an extended reporting endorsement, until the applicable statute of limitations for any claims has expired.
Claims Made Coverage. If coverage is written on a claims made basis, the Certificate of Insurance shall clearly state so. In addition to coverage requirements above, such policy shall provide that:
a. Policy retroactive date coincides with or precedes the Consultant's start of work (including subsequent policies purchased as renewals or replacements).
b. Policy allows for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.
Claims Made Coverage. If any part of the Required Insurance is written on a claims made basis, any policy retroactive date shall precede the effective date of this Master Agreement. Contractor understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following Master Agreement expiration, termination or cancellation.
Claims Made Coverage. If any insurance specified above is provided on a claim- made basis, then in addition to coverage requirements above, such policy must provide that:
i. Policy retroactive date coincides with or precedes the Entity's start of work (including subsequent policies purchased as renewals or replacements).
ii. Entity will make every effort to maintain similar insurance for at least three (3) years following Project completion, including the requirement of adding all additional insureds.
iii. If insurance is terminated for any reason, each Entity agrees to purchase an extended reporting provision of at least three (3) years to report claims arising from work performed in connection with this Agreement.
iv. Policy allows for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.
Claims Made Coverage. 8.24.11.1 If any part of the Required Insurance is written on a claims made basis, any policy retroactive date shall precede the effective date of this Subaward. Subrecipient understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following Subaward expiration, termination or cancellation.
Claims Made Coverage. If coverage is written on a “claims made” basis, the Certificate of Insurance shall clearly so state. In addition to the coverage requirements specified above, such policy shall provide that:
A. The policy retroactive date coincides with or precedes Contractor’s commencement of work under the Contract (including subsequent policies purchased as renewals or replacements).
B. Contractor will make every effort to maintain similar insurance during the required extended period of coverage following expiration of the Contact.
C. If insurance is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall purchase an extended reporting provision of at least three years to report claims arising in connection with the Contract.
D. The policy allows for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.
Claims Made Coverage. The limits of liability shall remain the same as the occurrence basis, however, the Retroactive date shall be prior to the coincident with the date of any contract, and the Certificate of Insurance shall state the coverage is claims-made. The Retroactive date shall also be specifically stated on the Certificate of Insurance.
Claims Made Coverage. If any insurance specified above is written on a “Claims-Made” (rather than an “occurrence”) basis, then in addition to the coverage requirements above, Operator shall:
36.8.1 Ensure that the Retroactive Date is shown on the policy, and such date must be before the date of this Agreement or the beginning of any work under this Agreement;
36.8.2 Maintain and provide evidence of similar insurance for at least three (3) years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, including the requirement of adding all additional insureds; and
36.8.3 If insurance is cancelled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims-made policy form with a retroactive date prior to the commencement of any work hereunder, Operator shall purchase “extended reporting” coverage for a minimum of three (3) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Claims Made Coverage. If any insurance specified above is written on a claims-made coverage form, Consultant shall:
(a) Ensure that the retroactive date is shown on the policy, and such date must be before the date of this Agreement or beginning of any work under this Agreement;
(b) Maintain and provide evidence of similar insurance for at least three (3) years following project completion, including the requirement of adding all additional insureds; and
(c) If insurance is cancelled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims-made policy form with a retroactive date prior to Agreement effective date, Consultant shall purchase “extending reporting” coverage for a minimum of three (3) years after completion of the work.
