General Provisions for Arbitration. a. In the event that the dispute proceeds to arbitration the parties shall make a good faith effort to agree on an arbitrator. If the parties are unable to agree on a arbitrator within ten (10) working days from receipt of the arbitration request, the parties shall request a list of seven (7) arbitrators from the State Mediation and Conciliation Service and shall meet to alternatively strike the names from the list of arbitrators until, through process of elimination, only one name remains.
