General Provisions: Pupil-Teacher Ratio. 1. In the event that the maximum class size is exceeded in any classroom, the Association and the Board representatives will meet to develop a mutually agreeable solution. Such solutions may include the establishment of an additional classroom, the provision of classroom assistance through instructional aides, additional overload compensation, or other mutually developed solutions.
