GENERAL PURPOSE. 1.1 In the interest of the efficient conduct and administration of the Board’s affairs, it is desirable that there shall be harmonious relations. This Agreement is entered into by the Parties in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Board and its employees. It is the desire of both Parties to co-operate in maintaining a mutually satisfactory relationship between the Board and its employees.
