Common use of General Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Reporting Requirements. SAMPLE CONTRACTOR shall submit all financial, I-Trac data management system, program performance, and all other reports required by Worksystems in accordance with the specified time frames in this contract. CONTRACTOR shall provide Worksystems access to all records and data necessary to verify or clarify information requested or provided in such reports. Failure to submit reports by specified timeframes or provide adequate substantiation of reports as specified by Worksystems may result in suspension of payments to the CONTRACTOR until such time as all delinquent obligations are fulfilled. Additionally, if CONTRACTOR fails to comply, Worksystems may take action in accordance with Section 12.
