General Requirements for All Insurance. 9.1.1 All insurance policies shall require that the insurer shall provide at least thirty (30) calendar days written notice to Owner if a policy is to be canceled, modified, or the coverage thereunder reduced before the expiration date thereof. Design/Builder shall provide Owner with a copy of endorsement(s) to the policies and cancellation and/or non-renewal notices evidencing the same.
