General Requirements for Deliverables. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this Settlement, Purchaser shall direct all deliverables required by this Settlement to the PM at: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, U.S. EPA Project Manager, 3LC20, U.S. EPA, Region III, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, (215) 814- 3420, xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx@xxx.xxx. Purchaser shall submit all deliverables required by this Settlement or any approved work plan to EPA in accordance with the schedule set forth in such plan. (2) Purchaser shall submit all deliverables in electronic form. Technical specifications for sampling and monitoring data and spatial data are addressed in Paragraph 35.
