General Restrictions on Use. During the Period of Employment, Executive shall use Proprietary Information, and shall disclose Confidential Information, only for the benefit of the Company and as is necessary to carry out his responsibilities under this Agreement. Following termination, Executive shall neither, directly or indirectly, use any Proprietary Information nor disclose any Confidential Information, except as expressly and specifically authorized in writing by the Company. The publication of any Proprietary Information through literature or speeches must be approved in advance in writing by the Company.
