Common use of General Satisfaction Clause in Contracts

General Satisfaction. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, this Agreement supersedes and replaces any prior employment or other agreement between Executive and Charter, and Charter shall not have any further liability arising out or in connection with any such prior agreement, whether oral or written, made on or before the Effective Time with or for the benefit of Executive.
