GENERAL SPECIFICATION NOTES. 1.1 Unit price must include all costs associated with this project. Which include items such as freight, materials, manual and warranty 1.2 Vendors must be an authorized dealer or reseller(s) for the product requested. 1.3 DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof; to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids received and to cancel the solicitation if it is considered in the best interest to the state. 1.4 DNR reserves the right to inspect the prior to delivery. The DNR reserves the right to refuse delivery of the product if it’s not constructed to these specifications or if the product is substandard in regards to quality, workmanship, or craftsmanship.
