Common use of GENERAL SPECIFICATION NOTES Clause in Contracts

GENERAL SPECIFICATION NOTES. 1.1 Responders are required to comply with all specifications and include shipping in unit price. 1.2 Vendors must be an authorized dealer or reseller(s) for the product requested. 1.3 Package shall be the most current advertised production model (unless otherwise specified) 1.4 Responder is to furnish all standard equipment except when an item is replaced by an optional item over and above the standard equipment. Any non-factory standard equipment ordered by the DNR must be supplied and installed by the awarded vendor. 1.5 The package must meet all applicable codes and standards, must be sized and adjusted per the manufacture’s recommendations and must not exceed the manufacturer’s maximum ratings. 1.6 The DNR reserves the right to refuse delivery of the product if it’s not constructed to the requested specifications or if the product is substandard in regards to quality, workmanship, or craftsmanship. 1.7 If concerns arise or modifications are recommended by the vendor during the fabrication process, the DNR must be notified immediately and the DNR will review and authorize or decline any suggested changes.
