Common use of General Standards; Site Examination Clause in Contracts

General Standards; Site Examination. All work shall be performed as described in the Contract and in accordance with industry standards for the type of facility and work being performed. Contractor has satisfied itself as to the nature and location of the work, the kind and type of equipment, facilities and materials needed to perform the SOW, and all other matters which may in any way affect the SOW. Contractor agrees that the GMP is based on its examination of the site and that it will make no claim for additional compensation if the conditions encountered differ from those anticipated by such examination.
