General Support and Assistance. During the period from the Effective Date and until the end of the Opt-In Period, SGI shall use its Reasonable Commercial Efforts to provide full and timely assistance with the matters set forth in Schedule D, which are anticipated by the Parties to be the services needed by Genmab to ensure a timely and value-optimizing process of the development of the Exclusive Product up and until the expiry of the Opt-In Period.
