GENERAL TERMS OF THE FA. The term of this FA shall commence on the Effective Date of this FA, and shall terminate upon the occurrence of all of the following, unless terminated earlier as provided herein: (i) the agreed upon Scope of Work has been completed; (ii) all LACMTA audit and reporting requirements have been satisfied; and (iii) the final disbursement of the Funds has been made to GRANTEE. All eligible Project expenses as defined in the Reporting and Expenditure Guidelines (Attachment D), incurred after the FA Effective Date shall be reimbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this FA unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.
