Examples of Attachment D in a sentence
If the Grantee chooses to record a Restrictive Covenant and the facility ceases to be used as a "Cultural Facility" during the ten (10) years following the Grant Award, the grant funds must be repaid to the Division according to the Restrictive Covenant Amortization Schedule (incorporated into this Agreement and attached as Attachment D).
Attachment D is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the Attachment D revised November 1, 2023, and included with this Amendment.
In the event of any conflict, the order of precedence shall be: (1) the General Terms and Conditions of this agreement; (2) the Project Requirements (Attachment D-1), (3) any State Agency application form or specific correspondence describing the project and/or soliciting a Grantee proposal; (4) the Scope of Services (Attachment D); and (5) the Grantee’s proposal (Attachment D-2).
Grant funds are to be used solely for the purpose(s) described in the approved project Scope of Services appended to this agreement (Attachment D) and may not be used to satisfy any obligation arising outside the Work Period of this agreement.
