General Terms/Services. The mobile deposit capture services ("Services") are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market accounts using your approved mobile device by taking an electronic image of checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to First Utah Bank or First Utah Bank's designated processor.
