Common use of General Terms/Services Clause in Contracts

General Terms/Services. The remote deposit capture services (“Services”) are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings, or money market accounts using your approved mobile device or flatbed scanner from home or other remote locations by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to Grand Valley Bank or our designated processor. There is currently no charge for the Services.
