General Use of the Airport. Subject to terms, conditions and covenants hereof, and provided that Lessee is not in default of this Agreement, Lessee shall be entitled to use, on a non-exclusive basis, public areas of the Airport including runways, taxiways, taxi lanes, aprons, lighting, navigation aids, and other facilities necessary for the operation of the aircraft.
