General Warranty Matters. Should a defective Software product need to be replaced, J2 Aircraft Dynamics will arrange for prompt replacement in full accordance with its warranty program. No J2 Aircraft Dynamics Products, defective or in working order, may be returned by Consultant without the written consent of J2 Aircraft Dynamics. Any modifications to the installed or shipped J2 Aircraft Dynamics Products without the written permission of J2 Aircraft Dynamics shall cause the entire Customer warranty to be null and void with respect to such J2 Aircraft Dynamics Products. J2 Aircraft Dynamics’s ability to repair or maintain J2 Aircraft Dynamics Products altered without authorization from J2 Aircraft Dynamics is not warranted.
