Generation of Environmental Attributes. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller shall take all actions and execute all documents or instruments necessary under applicable law, bilateral arrangements or other obligatory or voluntary Environmental Attribute programs of any kind to maximize the attribution, accrual, realization, generation, production, recognition and validation of Environmental Attributes throughout the Agreement Term.
