Genuineness of Documents. All documents prepared by the Seller or the Mortgagor and submitted to the Purchaser are genuine, and the Seller certifies that any and all copies of documents concerning Mortgage Loans purchased by the Purchaser are accurate and complete copies of those documents within the Seller’s files;

Genuineness of Documents. Each Committee, and any Employer and Affiliate and their respective officers, directors and employees, shall be entitled to rely upon any notice, request, consent, letter, telegram or other paper or document believed by them or any of them to be genuine, and to have been signed or sent by the proper person, and shall be fully protected in respect of any action taken or suffered by them in good faith in reliance thereon.

Genuineness of Documents. Escrow Agent shall not be responsible in any respect for the form, execution, validity, value or genuineness of documents, or for any description therein, or for the identity, authority or rights of persons executing or delivering or purporting to execute or deliver any such document.

  • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process.
