Geographic Access Requirements. 4.8.13.1 In addition to maintaining in its network a sufficient number of Providers to provide all services to its Members, the Contractor shall meet the following geographic access standards for all Members: 4.8.13.2 All travel times are maximums for the amount of time it takes a Member, using usual travel means in a direct route to travel from their home to the Provider. DCH recognizes that transportation with NET vendors may not always follow direct routes due to multiple passengers.
