Geographic Location. The Buyer hereby warrants that the Buyer is not a party to a buyer representation agreement with any other registered real estate brokerage for the purchase or lease of a real property of the general description indicated above.
Geographic Location. For the purposes of this Article, “geographic location” means that area within a radius of thirty- two (32) kilometers (20 miles) of the actual building or other regular place of employment of the employee; except that, within the Halifax-Dartmouth Metro area, “geographic location” is that area within a radius of sixteen (16) kilometers (10 miles) of the actual building or other regular place of employment of the employee.

1. U.S. – Contiguous 48 states and Hawaii
2. Global Tier A Europe Asia Pacific Americas Austria Australia Alaska Belgium Hong Kong Canada Denmark China Argentina France Singapore Chile Germany South Korea Colombia Ireland Mexico Italy Panama Netherlands Puerto Rico Norway Venezuela United Kingdom
3. Global Tier B – the countries where Verizon provides Managed WAN that are not in the U.S or Global Tier A.
Geographic Location. For the purposes of this Article, "geographic location" means that area within a radius of fifty (50) kilometres of the actual building or other regular place of employment of the employee.
Geographic Location. This indicates the area agreed upon by both the Buyer and the real estate company, for which the Agreement is valid. It is usually the area in which the Buyer wishes to purchase a property.

Recognizing there may be situations outside of Saskatoon in which it would be beneficial to appoint a person who resides in the location where a course will be taught, the Union and Employer agree that the normal provisions of right of first refusal may be superseded to give preference to a person residing in the location where the course will be taught, provided the location is outside of Saskatoon and the person appointed has taught the course as a member of the bargaining unit within the past three (3) years.

The PERFORMING PARTY will own and operate the grant funded equipment, vehicles, engines, and/or technologies for the duration of the NCTCOG approved Activity Life for each funded activity as identified in the SCOPE. PERFORMING PARTY agrees that equipment, vehicles, engines, and/or technologies purchased under this Agreement must be operated primarily within the North Texas counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, or Wise.
Geographic Location. Consultant may render the Services from one or more locations of Consultant’s choosing. Consultant shall bear its own costs for securing or maintaining appropriate workspace.

Should an employee be offered a position within the same geographic location as previously worked in by the laid-off employee, and should that employee reject that offer, the employee will forfeit all recall rights after the second such rejection and will be deemed to have resigned from District employment. Offers of recall for positions outside of the previously worked in geographic location will not affect recall rights, subject to subsection E, 1, above. Geographic locations will fall into the following groupings:
a. Suburban including Keno, Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxx;
x. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Lost River, Malin, Merrill, Falcon Heights and Bonanza;
c. Chiloquin;
x. Xxxxxxxx;
Geographic Location. For the purposes of this Appendix, a geographic location is a geographic area where it is practical for multiple certifications to bargain local issues together.
