Common use of Geographic Location Clause in Contracts

Geographic Location. For the purposes of this Article, “geographic location” means that area within a radius of thirty- two (32) kilometers (20 miles) of the actual building or other regular place of employment of the employee; except that, within the Halifax-Dartmouth Metro area, “geographic location” is that area within a radius of sixteen (16) kilometers (10 miles) of the actual building or other regular place of employment of the employee.
