Regions. Regions awarded for this Contract are specified in Attachment 1 – Summary of Lots and Regions Awarded. Regions follow county lines with the exception of Suffolk County which is split into two Regions, Eastern and Western Suffolk County:

Regions. Customer may specify the location(s) where Customer Data will be processed within the AWS Network, including the EU (Dublin) Region, the EU (Frankfurt) Region, the EU (London) Region and the EU (Paris) Region (each a “Region”). Once Customer has made its choice, AWS will not transfer Customer Data from Customer’s selected Region(s) except as necessary to provide the Services initiated by Customer, or as necessary to comply with the law or binding order of a governmental body. If the Standard Contractual Clauses apply, nothing in this Section varies or modifies the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Regions. The counties of New York State are divided into nine (9) separate Regions. Below, is a listing of the Regions and the applicable counties that are included in each of the Regions. Regions. For CY 2015, the MCP programs will be operated in the seven rating regions outlined below:
Regions. Automile may transfer Customer Data to a country outside of EU/EES. Such transfer shall be made in accordance with applicable law, which may for example require entering into a binding agreement based on the applicable EU model clauses.
Regions. If a Party has a special region or territory with a separate system of verifying asset declarations, it may designate a distinct Focal Point having the same function as described in paragraph 1 for that region or territory.

Two or more Participating Local Governments may at their discretion form a new group or utilize an existing group (“Region”) to pool their respective shares of settlement funds and make joint spending decisions. The Northeast area shall be designated as Region 1, Southeast as Region 2, Southwest as Region 3, and Norhtwest as Region 4. Group II.
