GEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATIONS. No party (the "Reporting Party") shall be liable to another party (the "Receiving Party") in respect of any opinions, findings, conclusions or other non-factual information included by the Reporting Party in any report or other document provided to the Receiving Party, whether included by negligence or otherwise. Each party hereby indemnifies and saves harmless the other from and against all suits, claims, demands, losses and expenses arising in respect of the release by a Receiving Party of such non-factual information in such report or other document to third parties, irrespective of whether such release was consented to by the Reporting Party.
