Receiving Parties definition

Receiving Parties means the Parties other than the Proposing Party;

Receiving Parties means (i) counsel for the Acting General Counsel, and/or (ii) the Charging Party.

More Definitions of Receiving Parties

Receiving Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 22.1(a).

Receiving Parties as used in this agreement means the Investigator, the Center Director (if applicable), and the Receiving Institution.
