Common use of GEOTECHNICAL LABORATORY SERVICES Clause in Contracts

GEOTECHNICAL LABORATORY SERVICES. If geotechnical laboratory SERVICES are provided for the PROJECT through this AGREEMENT, either by the ENGINEER or its associates, these SERVICES shall be performed by a laboratory accredited, in soils or geotechnical testing as appropriate, by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation or by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. The ENGINEER agrees to provide evidence to the OWNER of such accreditation on an annual basis for the duration of this AGREEMENT.
