Getting Started. 1.1 To use our Services, you must create a Profile. 1.2 To be eligible to create and maintain a Profile, you must: 1. be a natural person of at least 18 years of age; 2. be a resident of New Zealand; 3. have read and agreed to our Privacy Notification and Consents; and 4. agree to the Profile Terms. 1.3 We may, in our discretion, decide not to allow you to create a Profile. We will notify you as soon as possible if we decide not to allow you to create a Profile.
