GIFT SHOP REVENUES. In the event Operator elects to institute a gift shop in the Veterans Home, the Board and Operator understand and agree that all revenues from the gift shop will be retained by the volunteer program responsible for operating and maintaining the gift shop. If at any time the gift shop is operated and maintained by Operator rather than a volunteer program, all revenues will be allocated as provided in Section 8.07. All inventories in the gift shop shall be at the expense of the volunteer program and not the Board.

  • Current Revenues Under Texas law, a contract with a governmental entity that contains a claim against future revenues is void; therefore, each party paying for the performance of governmental functions or services must make those payments from current revenues available to the paying party.

  • Current Revenue The funds distributed hereunder shall be paid solely from lawfully available funds of the SEDC. Under no circumstances shall the obligations hereunder be deemed to create any debt within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory provision. None of the obligations under this Agreement shall be pledged or otherwise encumbered in favor of any commercial lender and/or similar financial institution.

Earnings generated during the project implementation through the sales of products and merchandise, participation fees or any other provisions of services against payment must be deducted from the amount of costs incurred by the project in line with Art 61 of Regulation 1303/2013 and stipulations in the programme implementation manual.
