  • Real Estate All real property at any time owned or leased (as lessee or sublessee) by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Real Estate Commissions Neither Seller nor Purchaser has authorized any broker or finder to act on any party’s behalf in connection with the sale and purchase hereunder and neither Seller nor Purchaser has dealt with any broker or finder purporting to act on behalf of any other party. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Leasing of Real and Personal Property ‌ The Government contemplates that leases may be part of a task order solution offered by a Contractor, but the Government, where the Contractor’s solution includes leasing, must not be the Lessee. Under no circumstances on any task order awarded under XXXXX shall the Government be deemed to have privity-of-contract with the Owner/Lessor of the Leased Items; or, the Government be held liable for early Termination/Cancellation damages if the Government decides not to exercise an option period under a task order unless the Contractor has specifically disclosed the amount of such damages (or the formula by which such damages would be calculated) as part of its proposal and the OCO for the task order has specifically approved/allowed such damages as part of the task order terms and conditions.

  • REAL PROPERTY GAINS TAX a) Pursuant to the provision of the Real Property Gains Tax Act, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”) and for the purpose of this sale, the Purchaser shall deduct a sum of equivalent to 3% of the Purchase Price and shall pay the said 3% of the Purchase Price to the Director General of Inland Revenue Malaysia within sixty (60) days from the date of disposal of the Property.

  • Real Estate Agent(s) If Buyer or Seller have hired the services of the licensed real estate agent(s) to perform representation on their behalf, he/she/they shall be entitled to payment for their services as outlined in their separate written agreement.
