Giving Away of Concession Items. The Client and Client's exhibitors may give away sample size food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Event-related novelty items, for which Client assumes full responsibility, including without limitation, compliance with applicable law, including health requirements. Exhibitors may give away sample size items for materials or products produced directly by the exhibitor. At least fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, Client must provide the Department with a listing of all booths providing food and beverage samples and the size of the samples. The Department or its assigned contractors may request written proof of compliance with applicable laws and health regulations prior to or during the Event.
