Common use of Giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Giving Notice. All notices and other communications provided to any party hereto under this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be in writing, by facsimile, first class U.S. mail or overnight courier and addressed or delivered to such party at its address set forth below its signature hereto or at such other address as may be designated by such party in a notice to the other parties. Any notice, if mailed and properly addressed with first class postage prepaid, return receipt requested, shall be deemed given three (3) Business Days after deposit in the U.S. mail; any notice, if transmitted by facsimile, shall be deemed given when transmitted; and any notice given by overnight courier shall be deemed given when received by the addressee.
