Giving Notices and Documents. (Part XII of the Act) The landlord and tenant have to deliver some official notices and other documents in writing. These notices and documents can be: • hand delivered, • left in a mail box or a place where mail is ordinarily delivered, or • mailed (this will count as delivered five days after mailing).
