Change of Landlord. A new landlord has the same rights and duties as the previous landlord. A new landlord must follow all the terms of this agreement unless the tenant and new landlord agree to other terms. A new landlord should provide the tenant with their legal name and address.
Change of Landlord. (a) If the Landlord:
Change of Landlord. In the event that ownership of the land comprising the Property is conveyed or transferred (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) by Landlord to any other person or entity than the Tenant, this Lease shall not cease, but shall remain binding and unaffected.

Change of Landlord a notice of change of landlord in terms of the draft notice forming Part 7 (Change of Landlord) of the Schedule addressed to the Tenants and signed by the Seller's Solicitors.
Change of Landlord. In the event Landlord’s interest in the Premises passes to a successor (the “Successor”) by sale, lease, Foreclosure or in any other manner, and such Successor is bound unto Tenant as was the Landlord under this Lease, then Tenant shall be bound to the Successor under all of the terms of this Lease for the balance of the Term with the same force and effect as if the Successor were Landlord under the Lease, and Tenant hereby agrees to attorn to the Successor as its Landlord, such attornment to be effective upon written notice thereof given by Landlord to Tenant. In the event that Landlord’s interest in the Premises passes to a Successor and such Successor is bound unto Tenant as set forth above, Landlord shall be released from all obligations to Tenant hereunder arising after the date Landlord’s interest so passes.
Change of Landlord. If the Landlord deals with its interest in the Land (including by transfer or the grant of a head lease or concurrent lease) so that another person becomes landlord, the Landlord is released from any obligation under this Lease arising after it ceases to be landlord. If requested by the Landlord, the Tenant must, at the Landlord's expense, sign the documents which that other person reasonably requires to give it a direct contractual relationship with the Tenant.
Change of Landlord. Subject to paragraph 21 above, in the event ------------------ Landlord's interest in the Premises passes to a successor (the "Successor") by sale, lease, Foreclosure or in any other manner, Tenant shall be bound to the Successor under all of the terms of this Lease for the balance of the Term with the same force and effect as if the Successor were the landlord under the Lease, and Tenant hereby agrees to attorn to the Successor as its Landlord, such attornment to be effective upon written notice thereof given by Landlord to Tenant. In the event that Landlord's interest in the Premises passes to a Successor and such Successor is bound unto Tenant as set forth above, Landlord shall be released from all obligations to Tenant hereunder arising after the date Landlord's interest so passes, except that Landlord agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from and against all costs, claims, loss, liability or damage suffered by Tenant as a result of Landlord's transfer of its interests hereunder and/or Landlord's failure to provide Tenant with notice of such Successor.
