Global Deployment. These terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. Affiliates participate under these terms by agreeing to a local country SOW, or a Local Country Participation Agreement (“LCPA”). The local country SOW or LCPA shall reference this Agreement and specify any additional terms to reflect local law or business practices. The LCPA may reference or be attached to an additional SOW.
