Global License Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 7, if a Global License Agreement is entered into with respect to the Licensed Program, then the provisions of such Global License Agreement shall control with respect to Confidential Information related to the Licensed Program in lieu of this Article 7.
